When our friends come to visit our casita along the banks of the Colorado River here in Texas, invariably the question comes up asking “Where’s the best BBQ in Texas?

BBQ PartyWell, we really dare not suggest that there is the best, only that there’s a pretty darn good selection of top-notch brisket, ribs, and sides.
